Down in the East Village, some pretty nice open houses are on display for this weekend's Tour. There's a penthouse loft on Houston (above) is asking $1.75 million, a pretty big one-bedroom on 14th is asking $1.45 million, and a two-bedroom duplex on East 6th is asking $1.6 million. Or just wait a few months for The Standard's East Village outpost to open and flop down there. Or don't, because that would probably be very expensive. But then, so is buying an apartment in New York City.
