The One Hanson Place penthouse that sold at an auction for $2.55 million in 2011 is already in contract after returning to market a couple months ago for $3.6 million, so that apartment isn't on this week's Fort Greene Open House Tour. Another One Hanson Place apartment is, though, as well as condos in Forte and 174 Washington Park, a co-op, and a townhouse that needs some work.
