The Oscars are this weekend and in honor of Lincoln being the presumptive favorite to win some of them, this weekend's Open House Tour brings us to the Upper West Side's Lincoln Square. Interestingly enough, it may not have even been named for Abraham Lincoln, as the area was christened Lincoln Square in 1906 by the New York City Board of Alderman, who offered no formal explanation.
