For open house snoopers, this is a great weekend to be in Midtown, specifically between West 53rd and West 57th Streets, where a plethora of very high-end open houses are being held. Well, three. Can three be a plethora? We're going to go with yes. On West 57th, you can check out the $2.2M 3BR on the 35th floor of The Colonnade. Then you can head over to The Centurion on West 56th and check out pretty much all the available units, including the $14M penthouse. From there, stroll down to The Dillon on West 53rd, and look at various units including the $3.43M penthouse, as well as the townhouses, which are asking as much as $4.2M. Notice how all those places are named like officers in the Roman army? That means they're fancy. There's probably going to be food.
