You bet your Nobu we are. But can you blame us? It's the slow season, so why not just gawk at some out-and-out real estate porn? This tour is quite the journey, beginning on the "low" end with a flip at the brand new 200 Chambers, and ending with a gargantuan combination opportunity for a pair of raw lofts. Mmm. Overpriced?
