Tribeca is on the docket for this weekend's Open House Tour. Like most of Tribeca, these are some nice apartments on sale for lots and lots of money, such as a two-bedroom on Chambers Street for $3.3 million, a three-bedroom loft on Laight Street for $5.75 million, and a triplex loft on Franklin Street for $4.75 million (above). Unfortunately, investing in Tribeca real estate will soon be a terrible idea, once the Tower O' Garbage finally arrives and ruins everything like that weird planet in Melancholia.
