Is it just us, or have many of these Open House Tours led us through the cobblestone streets of Tribeca lately? What can we say, the neighborhood provides a wealth of material! This week, we thought we'd embrace the slow summer season and check out apartments that have trimmed their asking prices in the past month. It just so happens that there are some plum PriceChoppers down in the Triangle, so downtown we head again. Interestingly, a pair of these cutters are in the brand new Pearline Soap Factory building on Washington Street. We didn't know the building was finished, but the listings say it is ready to go. Someone get in there and lay some photos on us!
