As we tour this small sampling of what the Upper West Side has to offer these days, let's all be thankful that the plan to build a speedway around the perimeter of Central Park never came to fruition. Because if it had, The Orwell House at 257 Central Park West would not be nearly as desirable a building. 222 Riverside Drive probably would have been okay.
