Unlike in surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods, not a lot seems to be happening in Windsor Terrace development-wise. There was some news back in February concerning two new residential buildings down on Caton Place, one of which was supposed to break ground this spring and another that had been stalled for a long time with few signs of progress. But compared to what's happening in other parts of the borough, that's really not a lot, and maybe that's a good thing. Let's all enjoy the calm before the storm in Windsor Terrace with these five open houses.
