The interiors were designed to give off an aesthetic that "was driven by the downtown Soho vibe." The result: apartments that are elegant enough to warrant some coos but subtle enough to avoid ostentatiousness.
Sales have launched at Renzo Piano Building Workshop’s anticipated Hudson Square condo. The firm, behind notable projects like the Whitney and New York Times building, has designed a dual-tower glass structure. It's RPBW's first NYC residences.
The condo project includes two residential towers that will rise to 290 feet and have 115 apartments spread out between the both of them. The project is being developed by a consortium of four developers and sales are expected to launch in the summer.
