The Superbad and Wolf of Wall Street actor is leaving his Howard Street loft behind for a ritzy condo at Noho's printing factory-to-condo conversion The Schumacher.
This oddball live/work space at 3 Great Jones Street, which served as a horse stable in the 18th century, but has since been turned into a duplex loft "done in Le Corbusier style," with modern details throughout.
Inspired by the Cast Iron buildings that historically represented the neighborhoods of Soho and Noho, this six story building features just eight apartments, but they're pretty exorbitant with the cheapest, a two-bedroom, now in contract for $11,750.
The 12-story building was designed by BKSK Architects with landscape work by HMWhite. The Madison Realty Capital-developed building features a total of 16 apartments, three of which had already gone into contract at last count.
The BKSK-designed building has its own private entrance on Great Jones Alley, accessed through Great Jones Street between Lafayette Street and Broadway. Each of the apartments also have private elevator entrances.
