After more than a year on the market, it looks like the Williamsburg building that’s home to two of the neighborhood’s most popular destinations—the Brooklyn Brewery and Brooklyn Bowl—finally found a buyer.
Brooklyn Brewery Inks Deal For 75,000 Square Feet at Brooklyn Navy Yard
The Williamsburg stronghold will join Russ & Daughters as a co-anchor of Brooklyn Navy Yard's Building 77. The brewery has signed on for 75,000 square feet in the building, which includes space for manufacturing, pub, and a rooftop beer garden.
Brooklyn Brewery May Leave Williamsburg
The beer maker, which has been in Williamsburg since before it was cool, is now eyeing spaces at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Industry City.
