Gregory Soros has finally sold his Novogratz-designed Nolita house. Soros listed the property in 2013 for just $100 more than he purchased it for in 2010. The property closed for $2M less than Soros’s ask, and half of what the house sought before.
One of the townhouses once owned by Robert and Cortney Novogratz on Centre Market Place, no. 2 was last on the market in 2005. It has lovely views onto the neighboring former police headquarters.
