Whole Foods will take up about 44,000 square feet of space spread out over three floors, with two for shopping, and one for backend operations. The conversion is being designed by Robert A.M. Stern in collaboration with SLCE Architects.
It's been a long trudge for this development. The project was announced in 2012, but it wasn't until three years later that construction finally got underway. There's been pretty steady progress at the site since April 2015.
